Welcome to The Cottages at Sierra Verde, a Cozy community located within the Master Association of Sierra Verde in the City of Surprise. Homeowners are able to enjoy the multiple parks and greenbelts as well as the sparkling pool onsite. The close proximity to Surprise Stadium, the Surprise Recreation Complex, Retail and many Restaurants makes this community a desirable location due to its location to its close proximity to entertainment. Children are able to attend one of the many “A” Rated schools in the area through the Dysart Unified School District or enjoy one of the many community sports that the city offers at the Surprise Recreation Center just miles from the community.

Today approximately 300 people live in The Cottages and they are represented by an elected board of five members consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer and two members at large.
